Rejuvenating massage of the face, scalp, neck and shoulders

This relaxing treatment takes about one hour and includes lymphatic
massage, acupressure and deep tissue massage techniques. It can be thought of as a non-surgical mini-facelift. 

The benefits of lymphatic massage:

Lymphatic massage assists the immune system in detoxifying the body by manually pushing the lymph (specialized white blood cells) toward the lymph nodes in the torso of the body.  The technique is very light, slow and rhythmical. 

To affect the muscles, nerves and connective tissue the lymphatic massage is followed by deeper massage techniques including:

  Acupressure

  Neuromuscular therapy

  Myofascial stretching

  Deep tissue massage

Just a note about scalp massage:

Massaging the scalp can affect the whole back side of the body because of the fascia (connective tissue) that goes from the forehead all the way down the back, legs and to the heels.  A scalp massage seems so simple but it does so much to relax the rest of the body. 
 

This one hour treatment of face, scalp, neck, shoulders is more than merely pampering yourself.  Of course, pampering is a good thing and this does feel wonderful, but even more important, it is also therapeutic.  Some of the benefits:
